spraydrying, from animals fit for human consumption. Its high emulsifying

and gelling capacity stabilizes water and lipids and improves the nutritional

value. It is widely used in meat products like sausages.hams etc.

Packaging:

1.Spray dried plasma(XF-77) is packaged in a 20 kg complex paper bag.
